pitagora suitchi

an ae modular interpretation of mutable instruments' marbles

pitagora suitchi is a source of complex rhythmic events and control voltages.

the rhythmic side t generates gate triggers around a fixed clock. gate variations can be bernoulli-style probabilistic patterns, predetermined rhythm patterns in the style of mutable grids, or multiples/divisions of the main clock. trigger response can be dialled in with the bias control; add a bit of humanisation with the jitter control, which gradually introduces clock drift.

meanwhile side X generates quantised CV values, which can optionally be slewed, and dialled into a specific voltage range.

the deja vu section operates similarly to a turing machine, and allows individual looping of either t or X sections. by using the centre knob, either new random values can be introduced to the loop, or the current values can be shuffled.
